All About Desserts creates and supplies artisan patisserie: cakes, tarts, bakes and desserts to businesses and the catering sector.
Founder, Craig Barton, learned his trade in five star hotel kitchens in London, some of the most demanding in the world. He then spent many years running dessert production units so understands what chefs, buyers and his clients want from a supplier: consistent quality products, for the end user with a teaspoon of innovation for good measure. That’s why we couldn’t think of a more appropriate name for the business – for Craig, his working life has been ‘all about desserts’.
